Moonlight Takeaway 2 - Liverpool

I ordered a doner burger and fries, but it arrived cold. When I complained, they refused to send a new one and hung up the phone. My husband had to call back and ask for a new one. I was not satisfied with their handling of the situation and will not be ordering from there again. Additionally, when I called later, they called me a liar. Thanks, Moonlight.

I ordered pizza and chicken kebab, and it was delicious.

Waited over an hour and a half for the worst kebab I've ever received from anywhere ever, I won't even say Chicken kebab because it didn't resemble anything like chicken in the look taste or texture, also cold and asked for sweet chili, got sweet chilli and mayo!?

Worse gaff ever proper, for late night phone baris on the vale instead this moonlight is a joke

Absolutely terrible service!!! Do not order from here got order wrong so rang back an they sent another one again which was still wrong!!! Will not refund me for money absolutely awful service
