Pizza Hut - Liverpool

We enjoyed eating the buffet as we could have a bit of each flavour. I wish the sauces on the salad bar were labelled to make it easier to choose. We had a great meal. We love Pizzahut but don't go often as its very very expensive

So where do I begin, When we came in we were waiting 5 minutes before being seen to, baring in mind no one was in the restaurant. We was told to order online which is perfectly fine, however the false advertisement on the leaflet saying it 2 for Tuesday. We tried ordering it and the Women said “no, we don’t do it no more”. Inside the Pizza Hut it was really run down and out dated. The food was really small. All round wasn’t pleased.

Bad bad bad customer service. Rude staff to people of colour. I regret visit that branch. If you are black please be careful when visiting that restaurant

I'll get straight to the point. This place is filthy and very expensive. The seats are so sticky, we had to sit on our menus. Tables are also sticky. Food and service is average.

The good Food came out quickly, kids enjoyed it. Children's meals were quite good value for money. Staff were friendly. The bad hot honey chicken bites were tasteless and overpriced. Table and seats were sticky and there was an unpleasant smell. Small adult pizza was £20! This was only big enough for one person. Had it not been my child's choice for her birthday I wouldn't have eaten here, I wouldn't rush back.
