Food was good, but waitress didn’t know the menu at all.

We visited on a Bank Holiday-ordered 4 different meals, and they were cooked to perfection. Staff were really friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Booked here for bottomless prosecco afternoon tea. Food was lovely and excellent service. Staff were friendly and made sure that our glasses were never empty. Nice surroundings... would definitely return.

We dined there at the weekend a table for four. The food was very poor all round and we let the waitress know. She was polite and at least made an attempt to explain why one of the dishes did not taste very nice. However there was no offer of an alternative. The food looked like it was not prepared with care and frankly my beef noodle was small in portion size, over salted. The ice cream that I had was tasteless.

We stayed at the hotel and decided to eat here for convenience, the food was amazing, freshly made, really wholesome food, atmosphere was lovely. The only downside is the lack of staff, 2 were running the bar and restaurant by themselves which seemed like madness, took ages to get the bill. Worth going for the food though!
