Royal Standard - Liverpool

I always come the Royal Standard for Match days and enjoy my experience every time I’m there. The food is outstanding and the staff are lovely.

Visited here on Wednesday for lunch with 3 friends. Enjoyed the seniors menu, great choice and price. Staff although very busy were very polite and helpful. Blonde haired lady, nothing was too much of an ask. We will be back next month and are looking forward to it.

This used to be a nice treat for lunch time but it’s gone downhill massively lately. It’s now full of underaged kids watching loud videos on their phones and other noisy drunks. My brunch was missing sausages, and when it was corrected, the sausages were hardly cooked. I won’t be back any time soon.

We stopped at this restaurant on a whim, as we had never been before. Despite the noise due to the lack of carpets, we had a pleasant experience. The food was delicious and served hot. I ordered the hunters chicken and my husband had the chicken and ham pie, both of which were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

The hunters chicken was perfect as always with a lovely atmosphere and live sports to watch. It was a brilliant meal and overall a great experience.
