Subway Hardman Street - Liverpool

The two young workers at the restaurant this week are excellent. They even remembered my usual order.

My regular order of a footlong marinara sub with roasted red peppers and Italian cheese was a disappointment. The delivery was prompt, but the sandwich was not made with the requested Italian cheese and wasn't roasted as specified. It also arrived cold. This is not the usual quality of service I receive here, as orders are typically hot and delicious. It seems like the person who prepared my sandwich didn't pay attention to the order. Normally, I would give this establishment five stars, but this experience was subpar.

Great Metro has fast service and friendly staff.
