Upper Crust - Liverpool

The young lady who served me was sam, she was one of the most helpful assistants I know. sam went out of her to make me a bacon, chicken mayo sub, which I really appreciated. she also made me a white coffee, about fifteen minutes later, just before I drove my train to london. sam went out of her to chat with me about different things; something I appreciate in people. I must add that there were no other customers at this time, so no one was late, while sam offered such an excellent and friendly service. the world needs more sams! many thanks sam and upper crust!

Very friendly staff, very good service. sam is a loan to the company that she wiped our table before we sat very chatting and showed interest in our day while the window at the end of her layer cleaned. call them back on our next trip

I was served by a lovely young girl called sam, she was very kind and had a nice smile. she rushed around the tables and served at the same time human. the load looked very clean and sam made us very welcome. she spoke to me and my wife when she did the tables we could laugh with her. what a dear lady she is with a very good work ethic. she is a credit to oberkrust. the food was ok, but abit overpriced, as expected in a train station overall it was a lovely half hour spent there while waiting for our train home.

Always beautiful in here. sandwiches are great (also beautiful when you roasted) the staff is friendly and clean. we recommend

The customer service was absolutely brilliant, the shop was chocker, but staff worked hard and listened to customers. Kevin and heather was extremely helpful with directions to a hotel. And had a brilliant onion buaji baguette
