McDonald's - Liverpool

Hello, I really enjoy this restaurant. The food quality is excellent and the seating area is comfortable. The customer service is good and they have their own parking space. This McDonald's also has a children's playground. It is the only halal certified McDonald's in Liverpool, NSW, catering to the Muslim community's dietary requirements. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

We were recently for transport by service. there were mistakes of order that we did not recognize until we came home. because we are not so close, we did not go back to correct the meal. I would advise to check before leaving. in general, although they wait in a parking bay and bring it to the car, so no possibility so they throw them the bag and go. we are now going to further mcdonalds near liverpool that give a somewhat better service.

I always come to this restaurant, and the staff is very friendly and experienced. It may take longer than at McDonald's, but that is to be expected. One day, I went to the McDonald's at 2:26 pm and was served at 2:31 pm. I wanted the $5 McFeast little meal, but they said I was too late. I told them they were too late, but they didn't listen. I had to get a Big Mac (which was not as good as the McFeast) and came home with a crying child.

I wasted my time leaving the Hume Highway to grab lunch, only to be completely ignored when I tried to place my order for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the counter, I was told that I couldn't get the lunchtime McFeast burger special because it was already 2pm. The assistant I spoke to didn't bother to help me with the deal and instead made me wait even longer. The assistant just told me to contact the office. The area manager later apologized and said the assistant should have assisted me. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this place!

This was the worst McDonalds I have been to by far. Drive thru service was terrible, was told to park the car to wait for the food. There were no parking spaces left for this to happen. The food we received was actually cold with...all the chips being cold.
