Another stop on the wonderful Taste Food Tour Of Liverpool. The Indian aromas hit you as soon as you walk in. There is a sweets cabinet on your right (for the sweet tooths out there).<br/ <br/ We sat down and were treated to some vegetarian dosa. Similar to a rolled up crepe, it is made of rice and gram. This version, Masala Dosa, was stuffed with potatoes and served with a variety of sauces and chutneys. It wasn’t spicy at all and tasted delicious. Dipping it into the sauces added some lovely flavours and some did increase the spiciness levels.
Tried Dosa for the first time!<br/ <br/ It was filled with potatoes and spices, and the soup with it was delicious along with the other two curry sauces.Yummy to dip the dosa into!<br/ <br/ Very strong smell of spices as you walk into this venue! Good food and curries though :
Ordered masala dosa, the dosa was crispy and tomato chutney was delightful. Potato filling was light and tasty. Paneer butter masala was creamy and was perfect combo for Roti.
Nice friendly place with some really authentic home style south Indian food. Service can vary a bit at times but always with a smile. Used to be only vegetarian but now with some tandoori options as well
