She mentioned that we could have just gone to Walmart, as her chicken tenders were merely tiny, hard, crunchy strips. She pointed out that Walmart's tenders have thicker pieces of actual meat. My mom ordered the three-strip meal expecting the strips to be at least the size of those from Walmart. Is Walmart now setting the standard? If that's the case, Chick-fil-A needs to step up its game and offer portions that are more substantial than their scrawny, anemic chicken tenders. My mom thought that since it was Chick-fil-A, the food would be of better quality and not so hard. Fast food prices have reached a point where they no longer align with quantity or quality... It's just way too expensive.
The salads are excellent, and the hamburgers are delicious!
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this Chick-fil-A. It felt like there was a lack of warmth and engagement from the staff, particularly towards individuals who didn't fit a certain profile. Unfortunately, this made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed that some families, especially those with Black children, seemed to receive less favorable treatment, which was disheartening. Overall, it was a troubling experience.
The people were friendly the food was extremely good and the place was very clean the lobby and restrooms.
Great food, very clean and enjoyed eating outside on patio.
