Applebee's Grill - Livonia

The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived, and they had to clean a table for us. We waited for 30 minutes before being served, which made me consider leaving. However, we decided to stay a few more minutes. The waitress eventually came and apologized for the wait. My order was not correct, but my guest's was. The waitress fixed the mistake and checked on us twice. I left her a $10 tip. I'm guessing they were understaffed. I would consider going back to see if the service has improved. Overall, I would give the restaurant 3 stars for the 30-minute wait and the politeness of our waitress.

The restaurant openly threatened me after I filed a legitimate complaint with OSHA. Their response was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

This is officially my favorite Applebee's location. The dining room was clean, the hosts sat the guests appropriately according to social distancing rules and sanitized behind everyone. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was so fresh and delicious, I even ordered a second meal to go! Will definitely be returning as this was the best experience I've ever had with this chain.

We recently celebrated a birthday party at a neighborhood Applebee's and had a great experience. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. We were impressed by the teamwork from the hostess, waitstaff, bartender, and manager. Despite being told there was a 45-60 minute wait, we were seated in just 30 minutes. We ordered the two can dine for $25 special and enjoyed sirloin steaks with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The free birthday dessert was a nice touch. Overall, we give this restaurant 5 stars and highly recommend it. We even have pictures to prove it!
