Dunkin' - Livonia

I've been a loyal customer since the day they opened and will continue to be, even though I've moved away. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond!

The service was excellent earlier in the morning. However, it feels like getting a coffee at 5 a.m. takes about 10-15 minutes, even after placing my order through the app. They moved to the parking lot, and I couldn’t even tell they were open because the lights were off. I’m quite disappointed.

The peanut doughnuts are never available, and the service is quite lacking; they don’t even provide a bag for them. Additionally, the staff in the drive-thru are not friendly at all.

Terrible. the worst service I had in a very long time, avoid all costs. I would, if possible, give zero stars. this place only has to close and fire all worthless employees.

Have to go early for the donuts ! I went around lunch time and it was not much to choose from. Nice fairly new place !
