Jimmy Johns - Livonia

The sandwiches at this restaurant are inconsistent. I recently had two delicious BLTs (5 stars) last week, but when I went back today and ordered two large BLTs for my brother and me for $30, we were disappointed. Upon opening the sandwiches, we noticed that the tomatoes were green instead of red and the lettuce tasted old and rancid. However, the staff was understanding and gave us a refund. I hope for better sandwiches in the future.

This establishment is inconsistent with their sandwich making. Occasionally, I receive a well-made sandwich, but sometimes there is a lack of quality in the ingredients. Almost always, when I request extra pickles and tomatoes, I receive less of both. I recommend that they find a better method for customers to ask for extra toppings and actually receive them.

I'm not sure if it's my fault or Jimmy John's, but as soon as I finish my sandwich, I feel really thirsty. It's strange.

I love Jimmy John's I really do great sandwiches but they close way too early I don't get home from work until 3:30 and I try to place an order but at a certain time if you don't catch them in time you're screwed they close at 4:00 which is way too early it should be five or six but the restaurants need help and wants that $15 raise pff yeah right

1 star just for the fact they close at 4pm everyday....i don't understand why the store is still open...with hours like this completly inconvenient
