Check your curb side bags before you leave the location as a few items were missing from my order and I had to go back in. Staff was friendly but seemed all the way around confused on what to do expect for the one person helping me. Getting home I was highly disappointed in my sloppily placed burger with the core still in the middle of the tomato and 4 pieces of lettuce. Who wants to eat a core?! Who passed this out of the kitchen?! It just feels disrespectful. The second picture is the steak salad that’s $17, I put the sauce container next to the steak to show you how extremely small it is. I’m lost for words and not asking for anything to compensate me, I’m just disappointed this is how paying customers get served.
Our server was excellent! I tried the steak chili with no beans if you like spicy food, you will love it! The ribeye steak was season too perfection… And brussels sprouts were the best I ever had.. But the waiter, Michael M, was the VERY BEST… Very polite and informative, and excellent Customer service skills!
We have come here for years, my wife has gluten and dairy allergies, today was the 1st time we were informed that the vegetables are already in butter before cooked (we now know what was causing the problems here). Our waiter Nic R. was The. Man. On top of being a spectacular waiter, he actually checked and we now know about the butter, great job Nic, we appreciate you and what you do, thank you for caring enough to ask!! Everybody should ask for Nic R. To be their waiter!!!
First of all, let me say THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT and The Service (Server Brian D. was OUTSTANDING . Even the TALL BLACK BUSBOY (IVAN Was OUTSTANDING. Now let me Introduce Myself , I 'm Harwyn Lim, 76 Years Young and come from a family of Grandparents, Parents, Aunt 's Uncle 's, Cousins, and Brothers Sister, Nephews and Neices, over 40 Relatives in the Restaurant and Food Serving Business. I probably have eaten at 25 Outbacks throughout the USA. ALWAYS Great Food and Service. My Wife and I have been married for 53 Years and Eat Out 2-5 times a week, depending if in home (Canton Michigan or Traveling, since both are retired. This was OUR FIRST VISIT to OUTBACK in Livonia Michigan on Middlevelt Rd. As I mentioned before we enjoy the great food and service we get at OUTBACK. However, this OUTBACK in Livonia Michigan was not ONLY GREAT, BUT OUTSTANDING . As a Retired Restaurant Businessman, I can 't help to notice not only how I was treated , but how OTHER CUSTOMERS are treated. My Wife and I were even VISITED BY THE MANAGER , RON, which also impressed me. As busy as the Restaurant was (almost a FULL HOUSE , RON, the Manager for Time to Greed The People eating at THIS OUTBACK, another OUTSTANDING observation. Finally I have TWO COMMENTS to share, FIRST: We Will definitely visit this OUTBACK several times in the FUTURE. And SECONDLY , if I were to come Out of Retirement , I would DEFINITELY ask BRIAN D. (Server , RON (Manager , and IVAN (BUSER , a Job in MY RESTAURANT and Pay them at LEAST DOUBLE what they are making NOW. However, OUTBACK don 't worry, I think I 'll just enjoy the FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE AT OUTBACK/LIVONIA. PS: I forget to mention, I a Gourmet Chinese Chef, I was on MASTER CHEF and BEAT BOBBY FLAY in 2006 and 2008, so I think I Know what GOOD FOOD taste like
Slow slow slooooooow. Don't waste your time. Even if they're not busy it will take forever to be seated and get your food.
