I ordered to go out and I had to wait when I was there. I shouldn't wait to order online. that was okay. space was clean. except the carpets at the entrance.

Popeyes is very rude to their customers. Extremely long wait for your order and constantly running out of products including cups for your soda. The worse location is in Livonia by 96 and Middlebelt. They will never get any of my hard earned cash. I'm sure this entire restaurant chain will go bankrupt in 2023. Louisiana Fast my ass. lol

I've never waited 30 minutes at a drive-thru, and I'm grateful that three cars ahead of me decided to leave; otherwise, I can't imagine how much longer I would have waited for my order. I finally got my food at 8:25 PM. Unfortunately, I discovered that two biscuits I ordered were missing, but thankfully I checked before driving off. On the positive side, the food was hot and very tasty. I actually live closer to the Popeyes on Ford Road, which is about a 10-minute drive, but I chose to come here instead because the Ford Road location often serves food that isn't hot and lacks seafood options. The staff explained that the delay was caused by a shift change, and while they were pleasant, I still found the wait excessive and frustrating. This is only the second negative review I've ever written out of around 20 total reviews, which speaks to how poor my experience was in terms of service and wait time.
