The girl preparing my order also didn’t wear gloves. When I finally got my order, it was a mess—missing napkins, and the carefully arranged sides of sour cream and guacamole were all over the place, even though I requested them. I would strongly recommend finding another fast food place in this plaza unless you're okay with waiting 30 minutes for a mediocre meal. This place is unsanitary, slow, and a complete waste of time and money.

It's really good! This Qdoba location surprisingly outshines its nearby competitor in the fast casual Mexican chain. I just tried their new shrimp and steak bowl, and it was fantastic. I also appreciate that they don't charge extra for guacamole or queso.

The service was lacking, and the staff didn't seem familiar with how to prepare the Cheesy Queens they advertised. They charged me $2.50 for half a bag of chips, which they forgot to include when I first ordered a mini-shell. Overall, the experience felt overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. When I raised my concerns, their response was simply, "We only work here."

Terrible service and always from everything. someone made a drink and it was on the floor. none of the employees did everything to clean it, only expected all customers to walk around it. I asked for a water cup and the casser said I don't see one, so we don't let people drink water today .go after chipotle.

I made an order earlier this week and I have sent multiple contact requests to Qdoba with no return contact, so I suppose it’s time for a review then. We ordered on the app and the app indicated no ingredients were out. When I got my bowl home, there was no queso (but it had my ordered side of queso? , no cheese, no sour cream, no fajita veggies, and no salsa at all (I ordered 3 different salsas . My bf bowl also had no salsa on it at all. Also, portions were significantly smaller than prior orders at this location. I have not received a refund or any return contact when I submitted my complaint to Qdoba both via their website and the app. Honestly, this is horribly disappointing.
