Red Lobster Livonia

We waited half an hour for our food. terrible service and will no longer go there

The waitress was nice, the drink was not worth it, our eating was wrong, but the waitress accommodated. all decent experience.

Service was horrible, food was cold, horrible experience, do not recommend if your looking for a nice dinner reservation. extremely disappointed

It wasn’t told to us that alcoholic beverages would not be able to be served until we were done eating. The waitress took our drink orders at the beginning and by the time we were through our meal, came back and told us the drinks couldn’t be made. We were told our bill will be comped for the inconvenience but then we’re given a 10 dollar off gift card. Haven’t been to red lobster in a while. Won’t be coming back. Being short staffed is one thing, but let the customer know ahead of time so there won’t be any surprises.

The Livonia location is the nicest location we’ve been to. Rita was our server and she was fantastic! Great experience overall.
