Contribuisci feedbackI tried to commission my daughter to give the full experience, and they recommended that they only drive thru. seems like there is no more sonic’s in the opposite, which gives them the good drive in experience for which this chain was known earlier. I order our food through the drive thru and my order was not as expected. fries were cold, extra paid for sweets and blow in our drinks that we do not receive. never come back here
Sorry not sorry but every time I come to the Sonic which is only been twice I was very disappointed. Today I ordered chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and it was about half the size of the bun overcook very thin tasted old and upset my stomach couple hours after I ate it. by the time I ate half my sandwich I had no more chicken to eat the other half. Service was excellent! I paid six dollars for a chicken sandwich and it should be comparable to chicken fillet not even close the sandwich I give a negative one to workers I give an 11.
I waited nearly an hour for a small slushie. What happened is I ordered on the app. Got into the bay and waited 20 mins, there was a lot of cars so I'm like ok I get it. Then the screen says it's on its way. I wait another 15 mins or so. Then my order disappears from the screen. I see two people standing casually in the drive thru window and no cars in the drive thru, only a couple in the bays. I'm nervous my small drink may have been missed since it was only one and there was a lot of orders. so I try to walk up to the window which I don't normally do but it been about 40 mins at this point. The guy comes out and I calmly try to ask if my order was coming incase it got missed. I was not yelling I wasn't even mad. I didnt have anywhere to be. Instead of oh yah sorry we are just behind, He interrupts me and is nearly screaming at me that they are working on it. I go woah I was not coming at you aggressively. I understand he was probably stressed but even so he interupted me and berated me. I was an assistant manager at a tim hortons for 10 years I totally get it. I wait another 5 mins in my car and a very kind young lady brought me the drink apologized for the wait and I said thank you. I think he should have came and apologized for taking his stress out on me.
Far too late to say Covid is preventing you from having enough people on staff to handle your customers. Hire more people, pay them what you have to to keep them, and take care of the customers. Open the car stalls for drive-up customers, open your dining room, and manage your logistics so that when someone orders a coke, they can get a coke. This place is a complete joke.
I'm giving it a 3 because of customer service and only because of that. The food was decent presentation wise but it was nasty. The meat patty lack flavor which made the whole burger nasty. They were out of 2 items on the menu as far as my order and I was looking forward to trying it (big dill burger and onion rings). The drink was good as well unsweetened strawberry tea. Weird after taste but not enough to discourage from taking another sip. The kids meal was a fair price. Got the chicken tenders nothing to write home about. Again ladies were very nice. Keep up the positive vibes.
