Tim Hortons - Livonia

Through the ride thru today two big karamell macchiatos and a 40-pack Tim bits ordered and when I noticed my neffen football game the 40-Pack Tim bits had 21 Tim bits. went to location to pick up the rest of the tim bits girl through drive-through push the box of tim bits in my hands said there’s my tim bits and shut the windows . no excuses will never return to this place again, will be more respectful store for the next time or just go to Dunkin’ donuts instead.

I just want through drive through. Got a small ice cap which is $2.79 and two of the smile cookies which are supposed to be a dollar each. Don't know why I didn't question the cost when she said is $8. Thought that sounded high. My bad for not questioning.I looked on app just to make sure on the price on the ice cap. Looked up the price of cookies too. I should have only paid $5 something. So I got scammed out some money.Lesson learned to make sure I question the cost.

When I say the drive through is fast, I mean its like the fast and furious. they know their business and they are in the business of getting people good coffee at a good price and fast.

They scanned my phone for a 99 cent bagel with their app and then it didn't knock the off. I knew something was up when the price stayed the same after they scanned it. When I asked them what happened, they said you have to order a 1/2 hour early to get the discount?? Never heard that one before.. This wasn't a prepaid order. I did it while I was in the drive thru. Then they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Then the bagel had hardly any cream cheese on it and was cold. How do you screw up a bagel??I won't be back.

The girl who took my order at the window was super nice and helpful!! Every time I go there she always has a smile and is super kind! I wish every timmies had staff like this! (4:55 on wednesday aug 17)
