Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Livonia

My driver left my drink spilled all over my front porch. A 10$ smoothie and I was having issues trying to report it due to the app being busy.

Went here after work and was greeted by Crystal and her fantastic customer service...by far the best I've ever experienced at any location....AND my smoothie was absolutely on point!! Thank you again Crystal!

Smoothie was fine. Ordered a Baja chicken wrap and got approximately .75 oz of chicken. Not sure why they don’t weight their food to ensure quality control.

Drive through is always slow, but I don’t mind because I’m sitting in my car. Staff is very pleasant and they always have decent attitudes. Very annoying however, staff will stick the card reader out the window just so you can add a tip to the order, seems tacky to me to harass drive thru customers for tips to only hand you the order.

The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I had a Thai Chicken Salad and it was fresh and delicious. Minus one star because I wish the lettuce would have been cold instead of room temperature. I will definitely go back.
