Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Livonia

I won't be returning to this restaurant. The manager with dreadlocks, who is somewhat heavyset, was very rude to me. If this is how you treat your customers, I can't recommend this place to anyone.

While the staff was somewhat friendly, it seemed like they didn't appreciate that customers like me help keep their jobs afloat by purchasing smoothies. Unfortunately, this was the second chance I gave this place, and I won’t be returning again.

The girl manager was extremely rude. She gave me attitude for saying hi, and was giving the other manager looks when my friend came in. I will not be returning until she is fired because this is very inappropriate in a work setting.

This review is based on two visits. The woman with the black and red braided hair pulled up in a bun and wearing overly dramatic eyelashes was quite rude. She stands at the register staring at you, perhaps in disbelief at what a normal woman looks like. She doesn't say "hi," "hello," or "how may I help you"—nothing at all! When two men entered, she was very friendly with them. I will not return to this location. Additionally, I observed three or four ladies discussing personal matters while customers were present. To the owner of this establishment, I recommend checking in during the hours of 1 PM to 2:30 PM to see what is happening.

The first time I called in my order I was so worried that they would not get it right and as a matter of fact it was perfect, either way you go call in your order or walk in you?ve got great service by a bunch of great young ladies. Every time I come inthey smile they greet me and they?re all so beautiful thank you tropical smoothie for having a class act bunch of employees.
