Wendy's - Livonia

I went through the drive-thru so I don't know anything about this atmosphere of the place. But the staff is very friendly that I encountered. The fries were not that great, but the nuggets were pretty good. And the pineapple mango lemonade was pretty good.

Went to drive thru about 930p. 3 crispy chicken sandwiches came up instantly. Then realized why.... They must have been setting there for quite some time. Bread was stiff, chicken horribly dry hard. Not good.

Rude and disrespectful employees all the way down to management. May 18th 7:37pm I stopped in to order for co workers and ordered a biggy bag and recieved 2 nuggets sauce in a plastic frosty cup and cold soggy fries. I asked the young black lady (I'm not racist I'm black too) with the beard at the pickup window how many nuggets came in there bc I'm getting it for a co worker and don't want them thinking I ate out of their food and I asked her to swap the sauce out since it wasn't in a sealed package she rolled her neck at me and said Idk I just work here I'm getting my manager and slammed the window. Like how hard was it to replace sauce and put 2 more nuggets in her bag smh black male manager came and started yelling at me as soon as he came to the window he was already on guard and refused to hear me out or even address the issue. I was calm and being nice and respectful you should be ashamed of yourselfs If you have no problem solving skills and cannot be polite find another job.

Managers have a bad attitude, but the employees on the 1st speaker were nice. They're always short staffed and don't have nobody at the front register, inside usually always locked the past three times I went there. They don't even put a sign up to warn you that they're not accepting guests inside of the building.

Ordered 2 5$ biggie bags. They tried to give us a child's meal when we got to the window and then forgot both burgers. Enjoying $14 French fries for lunch today.
