La Parmigiana - Livorno

Ho portato il mio ospite da Verona a Livorno. Siamo entrati per caso, il 1 gennaio abbiamo trovato l'unico ristorante aperto a Livorno. Ma ci siamo sentiti fortunati, abbiamo mangiato molto bene! Pesce fresco indimenticabile, buon dessert con fiamma acceso!!! Per la prima volta abbiamo assaggiato il pugno di Livorno, vale davvero la pena ordinare! Ringrazio il gentile proprietario Grazia e tutti i camerieri accoglienti e sorridenti. Vi porterò anche i miei prossimi ospiti! Grazie mille per un'esperienza eccezionale!!! Un'immersione indimenticabile nel passato italiano, ringraziando la cucina!!! Locale nato nel 1932 per motivi sentimentali e gestito fino ad ora con rispetto per il passato in ogni senso. SONO RACCOMANDATI!!! P.S. I fortunately found myself by chance in this restaurant together with my wife and our children, we were stressed by the delay and by not finding a restaurant for lunch, a gentleman pointed out this place to us as soon as we entered, unfortunately the glance was not pleasant. better, but the good smell of food reigns supreme. We ate like heaven, everything we ordered was superb, even a simple white rice asked for the little ones, it was superb, we had the fried mini squid twice, which I recommend to everyone. The service was perfect, managed by the owner, a kind woman with a lot of work experience, the desserts are all made by her and are delicious. These are just the activities that our (lousy) state should encourage and help, to never lose their recipes and not lose the desire to work. If I could I would give 10 stars not just 5. Someone told me that this is one of the few historic restaurants in Livorno, in fact, thinking back, my memories of the external sign date back to when I was a child. However, I had never had the chance to go there to eat. And what better occasion than for dinner on December 31st, which is notoriously not the best evening of the year to go out to eat. However, there are always exceptions and this restaurant is confirmation of this. First of all, we managed to find a place practically the day before the New Year's Eve dinner, but I think in this case we can talk about luck. There are two menus to choose from, one from the sea and one from the land, but it was also possible to order à la carte and this alone is worth a lot, it is difficult to find a restaurant that allows you to order à la carte for dinner. But let's talk about the dishes, they are of excellent quality, delicious and sufficiently abundant, among all that I have tasted I would like to point out the black linguine with lobster and the sliced tuna. I would say the service was good, a few small hiccups but nothing serious, the place is not very large so I recommend booking in any case. The bill? For two for a menu and an à la carte order total 79 euros, not even 40 each...
