Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Lizella

Stopped in with my Dad since he had never had Tropical Smoothie Cafe and he loved the baja chicken wrap and smoothie he had and said man I will be back. Glad I could help convert him over to Island Time! Great job team Macon on this visit.

Food would be a 5 if they would keep things in stock. They are always out of things, whoever is responsible for inventory definitely need to be more efficient. The staff is friendly but they seem to be unsure or confused as to how the store should be ran. The restaurant used to be really good and well ran but lately things have been kinda unsteady. Hopefully things will get better because I really love the bowls and smoothies.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up. When I arrived, the staff seemed bothered when I asked for my order. They directed me to the cubbies where online orders are placed. My order was not there. I told them and the lady shrugged a tme and said she didn't know what to say. Keep in mind, I was being polite and smiling this whole time. She was not. She realized the printer paper was out, printed my receipt and started working on it. I sat down at the bar near the cash register and waited. When my order was ready, the worker did not tell me or hand it to me. She put it in the cubby without saying anything. To make matters worse, beyond the terrible service, the smoothie she made was bitter and awful. I used to order from this location frequently, but after this awful experience I may go elsewhere. Would not recommend, especially with how expensive smoothies are. The price isn't so bad if it comes with good service and a good product. They provided neither of these today. Go somewhere else.

Convenient place to stop in your way to/from Atlanta and get some healthy goodie’s (Acai Bow)???

This location doesn’t honor promotions in the app. 2 stars because guy at register was nice. I asked about side items they were so small of a portion it makes them a horrible value even for $2. I tried to order free smoothie on app after he said he couldn’t find it in his system, but after I left the counter and tried to order online, the offer/qr code disappeared. Boo to this location.
