Pop’s Pizza Sport - Ljubljana

One of the best pizzas and restaurants I had. Super fluffy and light dough, high quality sauce and cheese. Good selection of pizzas and drinks and friendly and relaxed service. I have seen comments about people who want more diversity, but this is not Dominos, that is true Neapolitan pizza made very good at a reasonable price. I went to a few pizza places in Ljubljana and this is by far the best.

Your dough is delicious and stone oven really makes difference with taste! I can still see improvement over ingredients. You can go more creative about the pizza selection!

5 star food and service. We stayed in Ljubljana for a few days and visited this restaurant after a boat trip. The decor and the menu looked good, so we gave it a try and so satisfied we did. We had the meatballs and pasta, an acidic pizza and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, especially the pizza I've ever eaten. We were also impressed by the service. We were served by Domagoj, who was amazingly efficient and friendly, despite the place very busy. Although Domagoj had to take people to their tables, taking orders, eating, clear tables etc., he remained smiling and friendly. We would definitely eat there again if we are next in Ljubljana and recommend to everyone to have good food.

Finally, a substitute for Casa Peppe in Trieste to taste great real Italian style pizza. Very close to perfection! 9/10. Recommended buon appetit!

Best pizza I ever had. We sat in for a dinner and the place did not disappointed us. Pizza is great, you can feel each individual taste on it even the dough. Service was great, even though we sat in at a somewhat hidden table, waiter came within a few minutes, and was on point each time. Price is absolutely reasonable, worth every cent. It’s a must when you visit the city.
