Real ale pub with welcoming staff. Lovely atmosphere and dogs allowed. Does not serve food but you can bring in a takeaway to eat with your pint.

Great pub. several real ales inc.Snowdonia purple moose, bishops finger, salopian hop twister (my fave of the day) about £2.70pp the only dog.

The Stag is very much the town pub. Friendly and down to earth the pub serves good beer and is dog friendly. Worth popping in if you are visiting the town
