Unfortunately, that was is for the similarities with its Italian counterparts. The cappuccinos arrived in nice cups, but with thin froth and unrecognisable coffee, resembling what you get in much cheaper establishments. The interior was average and so were the pastries - croissants, looking good from the outside.Would rather try a different place next time.
Just finished a dinner that honestly deserves the title WORST EVER (my dog wouldn’t eat it). 2mm thin braised slices, sauce water, polenta cooked god knows when And I explained it to the boss. Hope he got it… it’s an insult. Coffee was good.
We needed something light for lunch so the mini pizza style snacks offered by this café were exactly what we needed. We sat on the terrace which also enabled us to people watch whilst eating.
We went here for coffee and drinks after dinner and everything was great. Super polite and smiling waitress, fast service and great drinks!
Terrible table service. I paid 8. each Hugo. I live in Switzerland and I’d pay this amount with no problem for a great Hugo, or even for a drinkable one. Not this one. Rotten mint (2 leaves) and a quarter of dry, green brownish lime. The taste was the same of the one I buy in Lidle for 4. , with water added.
