Heavenly Delights - Lochgelly

Milkshake was great but the way the older women was speaking to the younger staff was poor.

Ordered desserts ETA an hour it's been well over 1 hour and a half nearly 2 hours and still not arrived

Has drastically went down in quality. Have had 3 or 4 orders delivered that are no where close to being right. Husband ordered cookie dough with milk choc sauce and ice cream and when it arrived it had strawberry sauce no choc ???? And no ice cream I ordered fizzy dummies and what I got delivered was these blue worm things. And ordered a raspberry ice blast and received a multi coloured one with hardly any syrup just juice less ice at the top. Messaged to let them know just incase the driver had delivered the wrong one but the message was just left on read. Won't be ordering again as its quite expensive as well which wasn't an issue when they sent what I actually ordered buy I grudge paying money for them to play Russian Roulette with the order and send whatever they feel like. Shame really as it used to be a decent place.

Unbelievable just got delivery Ice cream with flake but no flake so calls to be told they will send it down next time someone down this way I said that's no good so was then told next time I ordered I would get something for free 1 hr later a flake arrives at my door no good to me and so I called I was then told that's all I was getting a d that I should not have been told I would get it next time all they had to do was give me the flake free next time I would've been happy but that's not what they do I was told when asked to speak to the owner I was told no as they are on holiday and she would let them no. I'm not holding my breath for a call back but a £16 order won't be getting my money again would prefer 0 stars on this occasion but 1 will have to do!!
