This place is a real rip-off considering the amount of chicken they serve. The tenders are consistently full of cartilage, making it impossible to eat the whole thing.

The portions are incredibly generous, and their serendipity seasoning, especially the spicy one on the chicken, is absolutely amazing! It's a must-try!

I had a mixed experience at the restaurant. Twice, I encountered issues with my order. Once, I was left waiting for 20 minutes, and there was a time when they sent me away without receiving two items from my order. When I returned, I was told that this was all they had to offer me. I felt that they should have communicated better and not sent me away without my complete order. On the bright side, the roasted chicken was delicious, but the service and management could definitely use some improvement.

Overall, it was a decent experience. The sweet tea was enjoyable, but the roasted chicken was inconsistent. The atmosphere near some of the cash registers and the behavior of the managers left much to be desired, earning only 1 out of 5 stars. There is definitely room for improvement.
