The brisket was good. Reasonably priced. Could have used a little more smoke and seasoning. They did have seasoning at the table. Very tender and juicy. The Pork ribs were good as well. Very tender, fall off the bone ribs. Well seasoned and good smoke. The sausage was a little dry. Had an old meat taste to it. Like it had been cooked twice or left over from the day before. The Mac n Cheese was excellent. Rich and creamy. Tasted homemade. The Sauerkraut was perfect. Hot and sour like it should be. They even have Coke Zero on tap. If you have never been give them a shot.

Everything is GREAT! If you want a real treat, try the Smoked Prime Rib!!!! Out of This World!!!!!!!!!!!
