Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lockport

Any word on the specific opening date ? The Lockport Union Sun and Journal had an article dates March 2021 of Popeyes construction winding down... What 's the deal ? Hopefully the new owners or management is checking these out and will answer or do an article.

Construction going on for over a year and a half, no opening date, and no signs anywhere all leads to one conclusion. Money Laundering...keep it under construction for years just like in the Ozarks show

I went to order something and they were out of 99% of the menu. I had to attempt to order something before the person told me what the only thing they had was. I could tell the person really didn?t care and I think it?s pathetic customer service. If you only have one thing left on your menu, when someone pulls up to order something, lead with that apologetically. Tell them why so much of the menu is missing and when they can expect it to be back. This is simple customer

Their sandwiches are the bomb, but the dine in experience was kinda busy. My family and I had a little bit of difficulty understanding the cashier because she has a very strong Arabic dialect. Once we got it all sorted out, everything was as good as it could be. They did well with communicating and keeping everything professional.

I usually like Chick-fil-A and love everything about them but I have to say that the food at Popeyes is comparable if not a bit better. The servers were friendly, price good and food even better. Can't make it all the way out to Chick-fil-A, Popeyes is an awesome backup...actually Popeyes is the place. Hade the mashed potatoes with the spicy gravy and the spicy chicken sandwich, all was so good. Would recommend Popeyes for a good meal with good prices.
