Subway - Locust Grove

I took my neighbor Gwen to this location for the National sub day. She was impressed as was I. They were quick, efficient and very friendly. Even talked us into some soup which was excellent. Thank you very much.

Stop in for lunch today. Service was good and quick. Sandwich a lil warm but otherwise, okay! It can be a hit or miss at different location.

Great service. Soft bread and my sandwich was huge. Will make the 25 min drive to get another from this restaurant.

I experienced the most disappointing customer service ever. Picture this: I ordered a sandwich, and the door was locked 30 minutes before closing time. When I asked to be let in, I was made to feel unwelcome, as if I was bothering them. It seemed like they were trying to close up shop early, and no one could provide the name or phone number of the franchise owners. This all happened after I was dismissed by the staff in the office. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

A great spot for a fresh sub sandwich. The staff is friendly and attentive to your requests.
