Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

As a time saver, I chose the drive-thru. I ended up having to go inside anyway because a very small order was NOT ready. I wanted inside patiently for a good 15 minutes. Once the food was given, I still waited for drinks another 4 minutes. The smallfries was in a box that had sauce stains throughout the box. The 3 nibbler sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. It was an awfulexperience.

I?ve tried Zaxby?s twice now. Two different locations. Not a fan. I won?t be back. Too many other chicken places that actually have good food/chicken. The chicken, well, look at it. It?s sad when I don?t finish my meal. Bland Bland Bland!!! And bothrestaurants, dirty. Employees standing around not doing anything. Yet the dining areas are gross.

This place is incredibly busy! Usually, they manage to get customers in and out fairly well, but today was a different story. I felt ignored and forgotten, and my request for the extra sauce I paid for seemed to be a real inconvenience, especially since the young man was giving it out for free to other customers. The chicken is always good, but out of the two hundred times I've visited, I think my fries have only been cooked properly once. Save yourself some time and head to a place where you can expect excellent food and service—like Guthrie's!

I don't understand why it seems to be a trend across your locations that the soda machines are out of every single drink. It's hard to believe that the situation can be allowed to go on for so long that everything is grayed out. How does nobody notice this? There were two machines, and neither had any available flavors. I've encountered this issue multiple times at different locations. I'm really getting tired of the consistently low standards that seem to be accepted everywhere I go. Additionally, I noticed employees dancing in the back while the dining area was in a state of disarray. Please get it together.

Delicious Food and a Friendly Atmosphere! My mother and I had just finished our holiday shopping at the Tangier Outlet Malls and decided to eat at this Zaxby's location. Zaxby's has always been one of my favorites. This time, I ordered the newly advertised Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Fries along with a five-piece Chicken Combo that came with fries and a drink. The food is consistently excellent, made with the highest quality ingredients every time I visit. The atmosphere is always enjoyable and relaxing, and the restaurant is clean and well-organized. I am never disappointed!
