Contribuisci feedbackAfter a long and hectic day at work followed by a trip to the grocery store, we opted for KFC for dinner tonight. As we pulled up to place our order, we were greeted by a friendly young man at the drive-thru. He let us know that they were temporarily out of the item I had requested, but he was more than happy to suggest some alternative options. We decided to wait for what we originally wanted, and both the manager and drive-thru employee were incredibly accommodating and pleasant despite being very busy. It was obvious that they were experiencing a high volume of customers, perhaps because no one felt like cooking tonight or tomorrow. Our order arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
I placed a pickup order on Grubhub that was confirmed, but when we arrived 30 minutes before the restaurant closed, everything was already locked up at 9:00. They informed us that they had stopped taking orders by 8:00. It was confusing as to why they confirmed the order and were still working even though they had closed an hour ago.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was served hot and fresh. The only negative was that the lobby could use a bit of cleaning, but overall, it's a fantastic spot to dine with the family.
Very disappointed with our chicken. Looked and tasted undercooked and it was cold when picked up. I ordered it to be ready at 11 and arrived at 11:05. Maybe better off just ordering when you get there. They looked extremely busy and hope they look atcooking their chicken more thoroughly.
This is definitely one of the best places we have been to. The food was hot and fresh.
