The pulled pork is truly authentic! I was worried it might come out of a tub, but it actually tastes homemade. Plus, it’s not overloaded with sauce, which is great. I tried the sliders, and the chicken slider was incredible! The fried green tomatoes on the side were perfect. I regret not getting the jambalaya as a side; I’ll definitely order that next time. The only reason I’m not giving it a top rating is that the service was a bit slow.

The food is excellent! They offer daily specials that include po'boys, platters, pasta, and burgers. You can enjoy catfish, shrimp, chicken, and more. The sauces are homemade, and the regional sides and desserts vary each day.

Cajun Pastrami is absolutely delicious! The red beans and rice are fantastic too! I will definitely be returning to Maymoes!

I have to share my amazing experience at MayMoe’s! The owner, Jason, and his team are fantastic. James, in particular, is exceptional—very polite and friendly, and he always has great food recommendations. I’m giving this place 5 stars for both the atmosphere and the staff, as well as 5 stars for the food! Be sure to grab a hot, fresh order of beignets before you leave. And don’t miss out on the blackened chicken pasta; it’s incredible and comes in a generous portion. Come hungry!
