Mcdonald's - Logan

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever experienced! I visited in the afternoon when they weren't busy, yet no one seemed to be tending to either the dining area or the restrooms. The fries we received were cold, so we sent them back and they brought us a fresh batch that was still only lukewarm. McDonald's fries are at their best when they are hot! Given the cold food and the unacceptable cleanliness, we ended up throwing our meal away and leaving. I definitely cannot recommend this location.

Had a late night the woman and I were hungry and just wanted to eat a short bite. we stopped in the dinning room because we pulled a trailer and the manager was terrible. they pulled the child out of the register with several people in the line to fries him and they do not serve or wait for everyone for 15 minutes in the dinning area. she only told the other workers on the back that they closed the dinning room by 10 and she wasn't interested. it was 9:30, so I'm not sure what the job was, but after 20 minutes stand without service we left.

From any reason, this place cannot cook fries until they are not raw or so tender that they are not edible. when asked about it, they only get from the employees that the friteurs are set right.

The command was wrong. chicken nuggets and hamburger happy eating. I got cheeseburger and chicken sandwich ordered apples got rid of sprit got 1 ice tee and a water

Great service. App wasn't working. They solved it and even went out of their way to personally come up to our table and ask if we received everything.Thank you crew!
