There was no seating available. The service was adequate. However, my protein quinoa salad lacked any protein. The menu listed green lettuce, bacon, egg, and avocado, but my salad had none of those ingredients. Instead, it only contained spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and olives. Overall, I found it very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had visited Morty's a couple of years ago and had a fantastic experience with both the food and the customer service. However, when I decided to give it another try recently, I was quite disappointed. I called in to place a to-go order, and the person who answered seemed unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up my food, I paid but ended up with someone else's order. I tried to return it, but my own order was missing and couldn't be located, despite having the receipt for it. I understand that things can get hectic, but I was really frustrated that my order was either lost or not found. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Disorganized and rude service. I spent half an hour at an Aggies football game waiting for my order at the food truck, only to see people who ordered after me receive their food before I did. When I inquired about my order, I was assured that I was next in line. However, after two more customers were served before me, I decided to ask for a refund. The girl at the front instructed the cook to prioritize my order due to my long wait, but he simply remarked that everyone was waiting a long time. There was no apology. I went to enjoy a football game, not to stand in line at a food truck. To top it off, I spent over $30 on two bean burgers and two fries, which were just mediocre. Overall, a terrible experience. I won’t be returning.
