1818 Chophouse - Logan County

The food was amazing, delicious and very fresh and appetiting. I have ordered the New York Strip Steak with Mashed Potatoes, and my wife ordered the BROWN SUGAR BRINED FRIED CHICKEN with Mashed Potatoes. My dad ordered the Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes, My Apu ordered Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes.

Our food was disgusting. I've personally been here 3 times prior and it was always good service and food but not this time. Our server, Anthony was rude. He argued and didn't care that we didn't like the food. We never got bread either. The food was awful. My boyfriends steak was blue and raw. It was also cold. So disgusting and unacceptable. Even Applebees has much better service and food. So ridiculous that this meal was $130. I always hear bad things and now I know why. I will never return. … – show

This is an amazing steakhouse. One of the very best in the St. Louis metro area. If they ever have their Boston Chowder on the menu, get it (if you can eat seafood). It and the steaks are fabulous!!

My paradise, stopping by the bar after work for a drink with the friendly bar staff and ordering carry out to take home. A steak sandwich and fries to die for; one of the many staples of perfection. 10 out of 10, would recommend every time dine in or carry out.
