Great icecream, I would not mind the price if Cleanliness and hospitality matched it.

I went out with my husband for an ice cream afternoon (6:20pm at Glen Ellyn Oberweis drivethru) and ended up receiving the worse treatment possible. A moody employee was annoyed by having more than one customer ordering in through the window and rushed us to make a decision. My experience was so fun, I drove up to the speaker and heard “mhmhgjh” and said hello I placed my order not even knowing what the person on the other end was saying. Now this might be normal seeing as this was my first ever time going here, but this was just sad once that was done I waited at the window for 8minutes alone, no one was in the line except me and finally after 8 minutes she came over and said to move up front so I did. Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago and the lady who takes orders was so rude. Please hire people with some enthusiasm or at least some kindness, you don’t wanna go back when you deal with an attitude just for making an order.

Only the drive thru is open due to lack of skilled staff. Apparently Andy's Ice cream has hired the all the good employees.
