The bacon cheeseburger is good. If you like a good char broiled burger, try this. Can't have the fries with cheese. Of course, the amazing chocolate cake.

Normally pretty good. But last time took forever. Asked for cheese fries. Out of cheese. Food was cold and soggy.

If you love Italian beef, this is the place to go. Everytime I'm in Chicago, I find a Portillo's right away.

Normally the food and service are great. After arriving home from my last visit to the drive thru I realized that my sandwich was cold. It was obvious that the sandwich was sitting out for at least 30 minutes. Yuck!
