Contribuisci feedbackI ordered online and when I got there, they said they didn't have it. I had the order number, a confirmation email, and a screenshot from when I ordered it. They were incredibly rude and told me they didn't have it and wouldn't look at any of the confirmations. Then when they finally found my order, they made it and handed it to me without saying anything despite how rude they were from the beginning. It's like they knew they messed up and just didn't care. This was the manager. Diablo's has great food, but this location has some of the worst staff.
I have been meaning to try this place so I pulled in while running errands on my lunch break since they had a drive-thru. When I arrive at the menu you have to use a touchscreen which required me to get out of my vehicle to place my order. I pulled up to the window after submitting my order and was told that the touchscreen does not work and they would have to take my order by hand. There were many options to choose from when building your burrito bowl and I tried to recall all of the options and he still forgot my sour cream. He takes my debit card for payment and said he would have to take it to the front to charge it because the drive-through machine does not work and has not worked for sometime. No big deal. He comes back and asked if I need plasticware which I respond yes and he said hold on I will have to go get it and brings me back a single fork not even wrapped in a napkin or plastic or anything. My office is one minute away and my food was cold when I sat down to eat it. Quality is not worth the price at all or the experience. First impression not good
I had the Nachos. Everthing was hot and fresh. They have the best chips for any Mexican restaurant around. Sequoia made my food and she took care of me! Best Nachos to date! Thanks again for another great meal!
I stopped by today to get a quesadilla from this establishment and WOW!!!! The food was fresh and delicious. I was also extremely impressed with the professionalism shown from such young faces. I definitely recommend anyone who likes Moes or Chipotle to consider Diablo’s, because they have won me over. Thank you guys for making my lunch special and satisfying! I will definitely return more often and spread the word.
This place is bad! But it use to be so good. It just went downhill really fast and the management doesn’t seem to care. I saw some Other comments from people disappointed with this place from how it first started. ATTENTION OWNER: YOU CANT RUN A BUSINESS WITH 15-17 year olds the only ones working. They aren’t clean, they don’t know how to clean and they are nasty. I saw a kid maybe 16 working there cleaning right behind the line, he was wearing gloves but he wore the SAME gloves to clean the floor and use a broom and dustpan that he used to roll an entire burrito. I left immediately and will never go back after that. Quit being cheap and Hire some Adults
