Shane's Rib Shack - Loganville

I give them two stars because if the lack of cleaning at this point. The floors were not cleaned very long. They are very sticky and you can clearly see the layers of Grimm on them. I mentioned it to the lady in the register her answer was company just give them to use $200 per month allowance for cleaning, say what? Last time in this place never again

Moved to Loganville and thought I would try one of my favorite BBQ place. The first time I went, they did not make orders for at least 30 minutes. The second time on the lab day. Open my order and it was basically 2 spoons full of chopped pork and 5 wings. Pays 20 for it and added a 4 tip. Not back.

This was my first time to eat at this location, I usually eat at the Sugarloaf Parkway location in Lawrenceville. The girl at the register was obviously new. My order was wrong when they brought it to my table and the fries were cold like they had been in the refrigerator. They were out of tea, I had to get a soft drink and I don?t drink soft drinks. Very small portions of the meat on the sandwich.

I was in Loganville Ga and I never got my food. I spoke to the Lady Manager that I asked her three times to apologize for not having received my food and please go to the kitchen and see what the problem is. She said I was rude. I went out without my food or money. There were only 4 customers in the restaurant.

My Mom offered to take me to lunch on my birthday and I was craving ribs. Glad there was a Shack near by. I always look forward to getting saucy at Shane?s. The ribs were great as always and the stew, oh the savory stew, with those golden fries. What is not to love? Do yourself a favor and check out this location. Friendly staff and finger licking that puts the Colonel to shame all for a reasonable price.
