Starbucks - Loganville

Every other time I stop by they are out of caffeinated beverages. Rarely see more than 1 person working. Never going back.

Stood at the counter here for several mins at 720p lights on but no one around! Finally a girl sitting at the tables there enjoying her coffee playing on her phone said they were closed! Sign said closes at 8p! Seemed more like she just didn't want to get up and work!

The location is pleasant for grabbing a coffee, especially if you're a fan of Starbucks. I stopped by hoping the breakfast would match the quality of the coffee and ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, I can't say for sure, but I suspect it was microwaved and came from a plastic package. While the coffee was excellent, the breakfast sandwich was quite disappointing. It wasn't terrible, but considering the price, I could have bought several at the grocery store and heated them up myself.

I visited the Starbucks inside Kroger, as I have many times before. Normally, I use my app to earn points, and if my card balance is low, the employees are usually kind enough to load the necessary amount onto my card for the transaction, allowing me to still earn points. However, at this specific Kroger located at 191 Alps Road in Athens, I was informed that they couldn't assist with this. They were unhelpful when I tried to explain how it has been done at other locations. Frustrated, I left and ended up purchasing coffee from Jittery Joe's instead. I want to note that I don't prefer Jittery Joe's over Starbucks; I simply felt that the staff at this Kroger didn’t earn my business that day. I hope they can use this experience as a training opportunity.

The staff member was friendly, but she was new and there was only one person working. It took 30 minutes just to place our order due to the long line, and they were low on nearly every drink option. The restaurant could definitely benefit from better management.
