We were positively surprised! The Wicheler Timpen was for me always a pub with normal German food, nothing special! Best suited for business, bowling, beer drinking in an old-baked atmosphere! This is far away! Now it is a modern restaurant with the finest cuisine after the change of owner! All ingredients fresh, deliciously prepared and nicely prepared for the eye! And all at fair prices! And also the staff was super nice and friendly! We'll be back! Next, and the Wicheler Timpen will be in wages for a long time.
We were there to eat asparagus and chose the Spargel menu to eat soup and dessert. There was the asparagus soup. Then there were carvings and lends with asparagus, cooked and raw ham, butter sauce and Hollandaise, potatoes and croquettes and a mixed salad. It was a delicious Sunday dinner. Miri and Peter and the whole team have done a lot of effort as always. It was just fabulous.
