When you decide to spend lunch at a restaurant, you expect your taste buds to be delighted and your experience to be enjoyable. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the restaurant Pizzerie Na Růžku was far from what I expected. From the food to the attitude of the staff, everything seemed out of step. The Undignified Caesar Salad: Small, Unwashed, and Questionable When I ordered the Caesar Salad, I was expecting a refreshing combination of crunchy lettuce leaves, croutons, chicken and a delicious dressing. What I got, however, was a small portion, which did not match the price in any way with its size. But that was not the end of my disappointment. When I started to examine the salad, I found unwashed lettuce leaves at the bottom of the plate. This forced me to turn to the attendant. Apology Turns into Guessing: An Unpleasant Approach When I tried to convey my disappointment to the staff, instead of an apology, I got into an argument. The server claimed that the salad was washed and even started rummaging through the plate. To my dismay, she was forced to admit that I was right. Instead of an apology, all I got was a notification that she had to call the manager. Dismal Discount: No Excuses, No Interest When paying, the attendant told me that the manager had approved a discount of CZK 25. Without any apology or show of concern for my unsatisfactory experience. It was like I was just a number on the receipt and not a real guest who had valid complaints. Chaos on the Table: Inconsistent Orders and Long Waits Inappropriate access wasn 't the only problem. Not only did the wait staff bring unordered food and drinks to the table, but they also brought them in an inconsistent order. This caused confusion at the table where some guests were eating while others waited for their portions. The speed of food delivery was also alarming. The wait for the food took much longer than was reasonable. Final Recommendation: I do not recommend the Visit Due to my disappointment with the Pizzerie Na Růžku restaurant, I cannot in good conscience recommend a visit to this restaurant. The combination of unworthy food, unpleasant attitude of the waiter and chaotic service convinced me that there are better places to spend a pleasant lunch. Horrible for ice 45, and tap water, which was recommended to me instead of sparkling water for 60, when I asked for the bill, they wrote it down for an hour and each time they got a different figure, the lady is not interested in online reviews, it's not for her Price per person: Kč 400–500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We like good food and at least pleasant service behavior, either they have had a bad day or they write positive reviews themselves. The food is well below average, the pasta is hard and dry with almost no sauce, the pizza I would say uses ketchup and somewhat smelly parmesan instead of pomodoro. The staff looked like we were in their way and the stroller is their archenemy. If we are ever in Lokti in the future, no one will bring us here... Kofola was good.
