Carls jr. was a fave since I was a young man. I just wanted them to bring back the baked potato with nacho cheese and brokkoli!

SOURDOUGH STAR I’m so disappointed our food was uncooked bread was not even toasted it was the worse 2 sourdough stars We ever had . I couldn’t even eat it all. So disappointed . Service was good but the food was nasty. I hope we don’t get sick.

When I got home, my children were very hungry and eagerly awaited my return, but to my disappointment, I found only two sandwiches, and they weren’t even the ones I ordered. I was quite upset and frustrated. I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered was very apologetic. She offered to write my name down for a free meal on my next visit. I let her know that I would be coming back to pick up my correct order. The woman, whose name I believe is Ajaya, was incredibly nice and professional. She refunded my money and made me a fresh order. Although I wasn't looking for a refund, I appreciated her kindness and the way she handled the situation. She truly turned my bad day around with her thoughtful approach. I sincerely hope she gets recognized by the management because she deserves to be in a leadership position. She was friendly, understanding, and significantly improved my experience. I'm so grateful there are kind and compassionate people like her. Ajaya, I hope you get to see my feedback. I want to thank you for making my day so much better, especially during this stressful time with my daughter. Thank you!

It was one of the best expeditions in car shopping. everyone was nice and had a great job. recommend them for their next car purchase.
