I ordered two times in the last week for the tour. both of them that I show up after they tell me, and I still have to sit there and wait. the first time 30mi was totally waiting for a pizza. two was about 20. I showed up after they said 10 to 15 minutes and I found myself waiting for another 5 minutes for the show order. That's pretty bad. they have 3 stars for happiness. pizza was good.
I used to order here all the time but won't order here anymore. Ordered a chicken with white sauce about a month ago and got red sauce. YUK! I called to let them know and the girl said I could have the credit for the next pizza. I just ordered and explained what happened last time and the girl said there was no proof or notes left. And there was nothing she could do...So pee on them. My family will never order from there again!
I live in Anaheim and I came to visit my mother and she placed a carry out order in the Loma Linda store. When she walked in no one greeted her the music was to loud and when the young girl finally helped her she was not only rude but forgot to make the pizzas. I've never in my life dealt with rude customer service. We will never order from that store again.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two pizzas for my coworkers and myself. The driver couldn't find my place of business and tried to get me to come out to his car. I refused. Then I was told by a coworker that the driver Michael Turner was smoking weed next door to our business. No wonder he couldn't read the address right? Then to top it all off management initially refused to give me a refund. So not only do you let your employees drive under the influence, you give bad service. Lastly, when I finally got my order the pizza was not even cut. I will be contacting corporate in the morning! Hope you like being unemployed over pizza.
Placed an order on the mobile app to the Holiday Inn Express Loma Linda which is 5 miles down the street. I waited 10 mins AFTER my app informed me that order had been delivered for the pizza to ACTUALLY arrive. NEVER ARRIVED! I call and speak with an employee now claiming to be a manager named Deven. She speaks with several people in the background about my order. In the mean time i call my hotel front desk to find out if they even showed up. The front desk tells me they seen the driver walk in walk out about 10 mins ago when my pizza said it was delivered. I explain this to the now supposed manager. I tell her that I want to know where my pizza is, a refund, a nee pizza delivered. She hangs up on me. I call back and the managers response is ‘I guess the phone dropped. You must have been the one to hang up.’ Which is a standard manager customer service move to not claim the wrong doing and placing the blame on the customer. She does this by stating I didn’t have the room number on the address (2nd line 4th floor ROOM 412) so the driver tried to call it was the wrong number. At this point Im done with the blatant lies tell her to cancel the order. So TLDR: NEVER RECEIVED ORDER EVEN THOUGH APP STATES I DID AND STORE MANAGER BLATANTLY LIES ABOUT THE ISSUE AND REFUSES TO FIX IT.
