Olika - Lomas de Zamora

If Hamburgers in the south zone of BA then only OLIKA! it has so special taste, and the hamburgers are as big and as homemade! Always fresh meat and soooo clean! I even visited there during my pregnancy months when the doctors say ur forbidden... of eating hamburgers

I don't eat red meat, so I went for the vegetable burger and it was soooo good! Service a bit slow and you can often fight for a seat but definitely worth a visit!

While I rarely eat burgers, I am from the USA (Burger Central) and the luxurious Burger concept has been strong for years, so I had a fair share or great examples. I spend a bit of time every year in Lomas and, based on the few Hamburg experiences I had in Argentina over the years, I would go to this place without ever thinking about it... Who would look for a hamburger in Argentina? Well, if this hamburger is served at Olika, who wants to have a ghost, the Burger experience turns out. Last night I stopped and took a closer look: Obvious signs of a handcrafted, hipster joint... The line seemed to move fast... Menu short and to the point, but amazingly tempting decisions... Crazy offer of homemade bungalows in many strips... Counter Service incredibly friendly (to expect in Argentina, but I agree with a review that I have seen elsewhere also for Argentina) Ordnete the Catalunya Burger and went away to wait with a porron of a delicious craft beer. My first observation on the burger was that the density is somewhat different than what we are used in the USA, the meat is ground finer, which is for a denser Patty and a firmer bite. Once I came by, it was pure joy. The burger himself had expected the full taste of meat in Argentina. All accents, bells and whistles were homemade and with taste and texture bacon, sauces, well carved onions and drops over my fingers, as any wonderful burgers should do. Amazing Burger, Olika. Who would go for a hamburger in Argentina? Well, if that hamburger happens to be served at Olika, anyone who wants to have a mind blowing burger experience, it turns out. Last night I stopped in and took a closer look: Obvious signs of an artisanal, hipster joint... The line seemed to be moving quickly... Menu short and to the point, but amazingly tempting choices... Crazy offering of homemade buns in many stripes... Counter service incredibly friendly (to be expected in Argentina, but I agree with a review I saw elsewhere friendly even for Argentina) Ordered the Catalunya burger and walked away with a porron of a yummy craft beer to wait. Once I got past that it was pure pleasure. The burger itself had the full flavor expected from meat in Argentina. All of the accoutrement, bells and whistles were homemade and bursting with flavor and texture bacon, sauces, well cartelized onions and dripping out over my fingers as any terrific burger should do.
