After those nearly TWO HOURS we witnessed exactly one single table in our room actually served their breakfasts (now at 1:15pm)....and it was *wrong*! In the hours we spent sitting their enjoying one another's company and drinking our coffees and trying to keep the increasungly starving small children occupied, we saw nearly every other table give up and leave without ever receiving so much as a biscuit. Your on the floor staff was incredible, but they could only do so much with the ill conceived, poorly planned, and horribly executed event you handed them. The wait staff and the floor manager absolutely hustled to do whatever they could to keep our cups filled and give us whatever updates they possibly could. They genuinely apologized profusely, but they weren't provided the resources to be able to bring us (or anyone) our food. When we finally have up and left, I witnessed a family who'd arrived for their reservation get turned away because the restraunt had no capacity to handle them, despite knowing they'd be there. Whoever made the decision to move forward with their mother's day brunch plan should be ashamed of themselves. You put a lot of families in a terrible position trying to scramble and impossibly find another place to eat or get last minute groceries to feed hungry, crabby children on a day meant to celebrate their mothers. You put your staff in a terrible position trying their best to handle a 100% disastisfaction rate on a day they had to give up being with their own mothers for what must have ended up being miserable tips. I hope you apologized to them. You have the phone numbers for all those reservations you accepted in bad faith, you should be calling every single one of them to apologize to them, as well.
The staff was friendly, they were make sure that we were happy with the food and experience.I will go back again. Dietary restrictions: The kitchen staff was able to substitute food in the menu for me.
I gave the food a 1 star because I still don't know how it tastes. We came for a family brunch and an hour and a half after ordering, still haven't received our meals. The server was kind and we all knew this wasn't their fault. Just wish they were better prepared.
The food was good. The service was not. Waitress visited one of her tables 5 times and didn't come back around to us once. We requested a new server. She came to apologize and was not sincere in her apology so she should've just skipped b/c that was even more annoying. New server was slow b/c he had another table added I guess. New sever was extremely apologetic. Restaurant manager never came over. With so many choices for fine dining these days I'm not sure I would go back.
We been there multiple times. We went for Mother's day last year and it was amazing. This year was not good. We got there early and were seated right away. It took a while to get our drinks (id say 30 min for a smoothie and mimosa along with water. The waiter barely came around and until after we waited over an hour for our food. The manager did comp half the meal but the fact that we didnt get our food till after 1:15 pm when we sat down at 1130am was ridiculous. I would say this years mothers day they were not prepared for. Sad because a lot of tables around us were mad and 1 table even left because it took too long. Sad experience and it is usually better
