Mama Pizza Kuta Lombok

The place opens at 5 and closes at 10pm. That explains why there’s the longest line outside when we arrived for dinner at 7.30pm on a Sunday. If you didn’t make a reservation, be prepared to a) stand in line forever; b) seated on a sharing table. So yes, do make a reservation ahead. We were lucky enough that even as a party of two their service crew seated us at a corner seat intended for 4 while larger groups had to wait for other tables to clear. Food wise, repeating what a lot of people said; this might have been the best pizza I ever tried. The sourdough crust worked really well against their fresh sauce and topping. So did their homemade pasta which tasted like home cooking. Beware that waiting time might be longer than you’d expect, but it’s all worth it. Highly recommend their passion fruit mojito too.

The place is beautiful the staff is friendly and attentive but the pizza was average. The Tuna pizza needs improvements like onions…

Good food! The pizza is so delicious, tiramisu is the best! The pasta is so rich. Ambience is good. Although it can be quite loud when the restaurant is full but still a cery good restaurant to hang out with friends. I’d really want to try other food but unfortunately I’m full already.

Mama Pizza in Kuta, Lombok, exceeded my expectations as a pizza lover. It is undoubtedly one of the best pizza places I've come across, with a taste that rivals authentic Italian pizza. The flavors were on point, from the well-baked crust to the flavorful toppings. The service at Mama Pizza was exceptional, with friendly staff who made sure we had a great dining experience. The restaurant offers ample seating options, providing a comfortable atmosphere for enjoying the delicious pizzas.

Homey atmosphere. While I found the indoor to be a bit too noisy for my liking, the outdoor seating area was the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. I love the pizzas and the caesar salad. Both were prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients and a delicious balance of flavors. The gnocchi, however, fell a bit short. While the sauce was spot on, the inconsistency in the size of the gnocchi resulted in some pieces being undercooked. I could taste the flour in the middle, indicating that it was still raw.
