This is a low budget family style Afrocentric hotel. You get a very very warm reception upon arrival. Service and hospitality was top notch. They have a very good restaurant too that offers both local and continental dishes. The rooms are not very tasteful though, definitely needs more venting and probably touches on the walls and beddings. The hotel is located off the road but not far from the road and road leading here is quite motor-able. There is no swimming pool, but the bush bar compliments for that. the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There is no visible evidence of parking lot nor wheelchair accessible park.
I stayed 5nights. It was made to feel the worst by two or three unkind and unfriendly and unhospitality female receptionists. They are sleeping at the reception, playing with taking pictures of herself, committing scams at meals, and getting angry quickly in a short time and grumpy always. It was really bad memories in Togo . They should be ashamed of the vicious response as hotel staff and learn common sense and have a spirit of equality. The hotel is not your house.
Good staff, very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities are old. Rooms are small and not cozy. Small TV, slow internet and no TV for premium sports. The environment looks rough.
Hotel management is very bad, reception team will not respond on any issue. Their prices are very high for rooms and what they're providing. I suggest better to go for another hotel, if anybody prefer this hotel.
